FRUIT LOGISTICA 2022: return to face-to-face business in the international fresh-produce industry

FRUIT LOGISTICA 2022 was held in Berlin from 5–7 April 2022, after being postponed from February because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Its central message was “Meet onsite again”, emphasizing the return to face-to-face business in the international fresh-produce industry.
More than 2,000 exhibitors from 87 countries presented products, services and technical solutions to over 40,000 buyers and professional visitors from around 130 countries. The event covered the complete fresh-produce value chain, from production to point of sale.
The ALLE FOOD UA participated in FRUIT LOGISTICA, one of the world’s leading international trade fairs, bringing together key players in the global fresh produce market, including fruits, berries, vegetables, technologies, and logistics solutions.
Participation in the exhibition provided valuable opportunities for business meetings, discussions on international trade prospects, exploring new partnerships, and gaining insights into current industry trends.
FRUIT LOGISTICA covers the entire value chain — from cultivation and production to the final point of sale. This year, special attention was given to innovative направления such as Smart Agri, greenhouse technologies, logistics solutions, and the organic products sector, which continues to grow steadily.
For ALLE FOOD UA, participation in international events like this is not only an opportunity to establish new business connections, but also part of our ongoing efforts to promote Ukrainian products in international markets.
We support the export of fresh fruits and berries, contribute to the development of the processing industry, and strive to help Ukrainian producers strengthen their positions in global markets.
In challenging times for the country, export development remains an important contribution to supporting the economy, sustaining production, and creating new opportunities for Ukrainian businesses.
RUIT LOGISTICA 2022 showed a fresh-produce industry rebuilding international connections while adapting to structural change. The strongest opportunity areas were international collaboration, sustainable production, digital and agricultural technology, supply-chain resilience and product innovation. For businesses in the sector, these trends point toward a market in which innovation, adaptability and efficient value-chain partnerships are increasingly important for future growth.
ALLE FOOD UA continues to work on expanding international partnerships and supporting the Ukrainian agricultural sector in the global market.
