AgriGrowth Mission Spain–Ukraine Launches to Support Ukrainian Producers and Processors
October 2026 – March 2027 | Spain – Ukraine
Ukraine and Spain are launching the AgriGrowth Mission Spain–Ukraine, an international initiative focused on technical cooperation, agricultural technologies, investment and business partnerships.
The AGRIGROWTH SPAIN–UKRAINE PROGRAM brings together Ukrainian agricultural producers and processors with Spanish technology companies, industry associations, research institutions and financial partners. The programme is designed to support the adoption of modern agricultural technologies, strengthen export opportunities and help Ukrainian companies develop investment projects.
The programme will run from October 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. It is expected to support the development of up to 20 Ukrainian-Spanish investment projects, with participants receiving tailored technology roadmaps, personalised B2B meetings and assistance in preparing documentation for potential financing.
The initiative covers a range of agricultural sectors, including fruit and vegetable production, berry growing, greenhouse farming, agricultural exports, agri-processing and international B2B cooperation.
Participation is open to berry, fruit and vegetable producers, salad and leafy green producers, greenhouse operations, food processing companies, as well as representatives of communities and municipalities working on local economic development.
The programme will begin with individual consultations and online meetings with Spanish companies. Based on the needs of participating Ukrainian businesses, potential technology and business partners will then be identified.
Spanish technologies are available to Ukrainian agribusinesses through programs offering preferential loans and grants.

A business mission to Spain is planned for late November 2026, with meetings and site visits in Madrid, Huelva and Murcia. Participants are expected to meet agricultural businesses, cooperatives, technology providers and industry organisations and explore opportunities for practical cooperation.
The programme also includes the REBIRTH UKRAINE Investment Facilitation component, which is intended to help participating companies develop investment projects and explore international financing mechanisms. Support will include assistance with technical documentation, financial models and communication with potential partners.
The technological focus of the programme includes irrigation and water management, biotechnology, greenhouse systems, agricultural machinery, automation, digital farming, sorting, packaging and post-harvest processing.
Organisers say the initiative is intended to move cooperation beyond business contacts and technology exchange towards the development of concrete investment projects and longer-term partnerships between Ukrainian and Spanish companies.
