Trade Mission Program for the Food Industry Sector REBIRTH OF UKRAINE EXPORT–IMPORT

A platform supporting Ukrainian food producers in expanding their international activities

Mission Objectives:

  • Support the global program for Ukraine’s recovery through the development of food exports.
  • Present Ukrainian ready-to-eat products and ingredients for industry and HoReCa on international markets.
  • Create direct connections between Ukrainian producers and international retailers, distributors, and buyers.

As part of the Global REBIRTH UKRAINE Forum, the “REBIRTH UKRAINE EXPORT–IMPORT” Platform will operate throughout the event.

  • Pitch sessions by Ukrainian and Finnish participants from the food sector
  • Exhibition and tasting zone for meetings between Ukrainian producers and local retail chains, industry distributors, and HoReCa representatives. Presentations and tastings of Ukrainian products for retail and HoReCa
  • B2B matchmaking sessions for producers of ingredients and finished products

May 8 — Visits to Companies and Distributors

  • Organized visits to leading Finnish companies and distributors
  • Completion of the Helsinki program

May 9 – Saturday – Free time / Departure

The selection of companies for B2B meetings and visits depends on the final list of group participants. The main pool of companies is expected to be confirmed by March 14.

Visits may be organized with distributors, importers, and processors. Most retail chains in Finland, including S-Group, Kesko, and others, work through major distributors and importers. Therefore, reaching these companies through established contacts with Prescott, Eurofoods, and other distributors can significantly simplify access to supermarket shelves.
