The mission organized as a professional exchange between the Ukrainian and Spanish agricultural sectors, bringing together producers, municipalities, technology companies, equipment suppliers, associations and other participants of the agri-food value chain.
About the Mission
The Second Industry-Specific Mission “Agro-Innovation Exchange: Spain–Ukraine” will bring together Ukrainian agricultural businesses, producers, exporters, municipalities and industry representatives with Spanish companies, technology providers, agricultural associations and potential business partners.
The mission will focus on horticulture, berry farming, vegetable production, greenhouse technologies, irrigation, sorting, cooling, packaging and export logistics.
The program will combine an international exhibition, professional conferences, technology visits and direct B2B meetings, creating opportunities for participants to discover modern Spanish solutions and establish direct business connections.
The mission will take place in Madrid, Murcia and Huelva, providing participants with an opportunity to explore three complementary areas of Spain’s agricultural ecosystem: international trade and technologies in Madrid, advanced AgriTech and greenhouse solutions in Murcia, and berry production in Huelva.
Selection Criteria & Participation Terms
The mission will be open to representatives of Ukrainian agricultural businesses, producers, exporters, municipalities, industry associations and organizations interested in technological and international cooperation.
The selection will be carried out after registration based on the information provided and the relevance of the applicant’s activities to the objectives of the mission.

Trade Mission Objectives
The mission will aim to:
- establish direct business contacts between Ukrainian and Spanish agricultural companies;
- facilitate technology transfer and cooperation;
- identify modern solutions for Ukrainian agricultural production;
- explore advanced berry, fruit and vegetable growing technologies;
- discover greenhouse, irrigation and water-efficiency solutions;
- explore sorting, cooling, packaging and post-harvest technologies;
- strengthen Ukrainian export capabilities;
- develop international trade and distribution partnerships;
- identify potential suppliers, investors and technology partners;
- create opportunities for joint projects and long-term Ukrainian–Spanish cooperation.
Madrid — International Market, Technologies & B2B
The Madrid stage will provide participants with access to Fruit Attraction 2025, international industry professionals and a wide range of agricultural technology and business opportunities.
Participants will attend professional events, visit technology and innovation platforms and take part in targeted B2B meetings with producers, exporters, associations, technology companies and potential international partners.
The program will also include a visit to Mercamadrid, where participants will explore the organization of wholesale trade, distribution, packaging, storage and cold-chain logistics for fresh food products.
Murcia — AgriTech, Greenhouses & Water Efficiency
In Murcia, participants will explore one of Spain’s leading agricultural regions, known for advanced vegetable production, greenhouse technologies and efficient water-management systems.
The program will include meetings with agricultural organizations, technology companies and industry representatives.
Participants will explore:
- modern vegetable production technologies;
- greenhouse structures and production systems;
- precision irrigation;
- water-efficiency solutions;
- hydroponic and soilless growing systems;
- production and export technologies;
- resource-efficient agricultural models.
Special attention will be given to technologies that can support the modernization and development of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises.
Huelva — One of Europe's Leading Berry Regions
Huelva will provide participants with an opportunity to explore one of Europe's leading berry-producing regions.
The program will focus on strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, as well as modern approaches to production, irrigation, post-harvest handling, export preparation and international marketing.
Participants will have the opportunity to meet Spanish berry producers, associations, cooperatives and companies and explore potential cooperation and joint projects.

The mission will be designed for representatives of the agricultural and berry sectors, including:
- Ukrainian fruit, vegetable and berry producers;
- producers and exporters;
- agricultural technology companies;
- industry associations;
- cooperatives;
- potential distributors and business partners;
- breeding and research organizations;
- agricultural projects interested in technological cooperation and international partnerships;
- municipalities and representatives of local economic development.

The overall structure of the mission will connect Madrid — international markets and B2B, Huelva — berry production and export expertise, and Murcia — AgriTech, greenhouses, irrigation and resource efficiency.
The programme may be subject to changes based on the needs and requests of participants.
Participation Terms
Number of places is limited to:
- 5 Mayors (Heads of Municipalities)
- 15 Business Representatives
Selection is carried out only after registration, based on the information provided and the company’s alignment with the objectives of the mission.
Participation in the Mission is paid and charged per participant. Detailed participation terms and conditions will be provided after registration.
