About the Mission
The AgroInnovation Exchange: Ukraine – Spain is an international industry business mission designed to connect Ukrainian agricultural producers with Spanish businesses, technology providers, industry associations, cooperatives and potential business partners.
The mission will focus on practical knowledge exchange, direct business communication and the exploration of opportunities for technological cooperation, agricultural development and access to international markets.
Participants will have the opportunity to discover the experience of leading Spanish agricultural regions, explore modern production technologies and establish direct professional contacts with potential partners.
Selection Criteria & Participation Terms
The mission is limited to a group of up to 10 participants.
Priority will be given to participants interested in developing international cooperation, adopting modern agricultural technologies and establishing business partnerships with Spanish companies and organizations.

Trade Mission Objectives
The mission aims to:
- discover modern technologies for growing berries, fruit and vegetables;
- explore greenhouse technologies and production systems;
- learn about modern breeding approaches and new varieties;
- explore post-harvest handling and storage solutions;
- identify opportunities for export and access to international markets;
- develop cooperation between Ukrainian and Spanish companies;
- identify technology partners for Ukrainian agricultural projects;
- establish direct professional and business contacts with Spanish agribusiness representatives.
Trade Mission Plan — Brief Overview
Murcia — AgriTech, Greenhouses & Industry Cooperation
The program will include meetings with representatives of the agricultural sector in Murcia, including ProExport — the Association of Fruit and Vegetable Producers and Exporters of the Murcia Region.
Participants will explore industry cooperation models, modern production and technological solutions, greenhouse structures, components and growing systems.
Special attention will be given to technological solutions for protecting berry plantations against spring frosts.
Huelva — One of Europe's Leading Berry Regions
The program will continue in Huelva, one of Europe's important berry-producing and exporting regions.
Participants will have the opportunity to take part in the International Red Fruit Congress and visit berry farms, cooperatives and industry organizations.
The program will cover practical experience in berry production, exports, technical support, breeding and international market development.
Production & Export
The mission program will include visits to companies and organizations such as Surexport, Cuna de Platero and BerryWorld Iberia.
Participants will explore practical models of berry production, cooperation, technical support and international market operations.
Breeding & Innovation
A dedicated part of the program will focus on modern breeding approaches, including meetings related to apple and strawberry breeding and the connection between breeding, production technologies, marketing and consumer requirements.
Agricultural Cooperation
Participants will also explore the Spanish cooperative model, including a visit to Bonafru Bonares.
The focus will be on farmer cooperation, production diversification, shared infrastructure, processing, logistics and access to international markets.

- Ukrainian fruit, vegetable and berry producers;
